Almost every car in our PCA club runs GiroDiscs, even the GT and RS cars. Never heard a single complaint, and love them on my C2 and GT3.
Reviews of spare parts for Porsche
I swear by my split beam torque wrenches. They don't go out of calibration and they're a lot cheaper than digital torque wrenches.
Hankook RS4s have my recommendation if you're not going to compete in sanctioned time attacks where prizes are on the line. I value tire longevity rather than saving one or two seconds per lap with a theoretical perfect racing line(not something that's bound to happen often).
Worked for my 2019 Porsche Cayenne (adapter 4????). Getting the already installed adapter requires some brute force.
my porsche cayenne v6 has been amazing thus far. bought it w 70k miles now approaching 115k. change the oil every 5k miles, put quality gas 93 in it, and your good to go.
As Epic said, ive run Mann filters on my 944.
Mann W71922 is a perfectly good filter and readily available, and the Mahle OC46 for the 928 will fit a 944, it's just taller. Also should be readily available.
I’ll probably end up with another set of Nankang AR-1s next.
The cheapest ones I would consider were the Hankook Ventus V-12's at $199 each, many others are closer to $400 a piece including the OEM Toyo's.
I prefer the 987 front end to my 986 fried egg headlights.
