When I went to Bilstein sports, I anticipated an increase in ride harshness - but was pleasantly surprised by a reduction harshness. The beetle ones have done me right for probably 30k miles. My setup is 3.5 in drop plates on 13"s with no leafs removed, it can still haul 800lbs with 130psi in the rear no problem.

I had the alternator changed in one of my Phaetons. The overhead light was fluctuating when the engine was running. The problem was fixed when the tech replaced the alternator under warranty.

I went to Pep Boys Auto Toys and bought a Fram PH2870A. The day after my girl called me and said that her oil light kept going off, the pressure differential across the Fram was so big that it tripped the oil pressure switches. I replaced it with a MANN and tested the pressure and it was right where it was supposed to be.
