Stock rotors are great, these brakes stock are very decent.

A few years ago I went with Centric Posi-Quiet Ceramic front pads - CENTRIC 10505690, currently $25.79 on RockAuto, and some Pagid front rotors from there. I know Pagid is a VW OEM and I have no reservations about their brake parts. I’ve run the posi-quiet pads on MK7 Golf and GTI and they’ve been fine.
I run the yellows on my rear brakes on my MK6 GoRf which is tracked. happy with all but yellows dust significantly more than reds
Just did that on my 19 gsw, no battery management extra thing to deal with, just the two connectors and obd11 for coding to fleece (not binary agm). Only issue I have is the battery blanket doesn't fit the bigger size.
Bosch Icon... Best fucking wiper imho, I'll pay for it.
I’ve have mine on for 3.5 years and counting
I’m running Zimmerman blanks with EBC redstuff pads, basically stock feel but no dust.
I did a oil change, fuel and air filter at this point.
Used those for the same setup with no drama, stock gap measured at 0.026". I've run lots of different plugs....honestly, they make zero ****ing difference IMHO on my peasant IS20 and 38 1.8 sLOw OTS Uni tune...
the Firestone 4175/6 that failed on me: tugged out/kinked cuz binding on inframe routing of the airline mounted up.
