Recently did the secondary air system cleaning, PCV, belts, hoses, water pump, thermostat, coils, and plugs. Both cats have broken at the exhaust flange, but I simply welded those back (dealer wanted $2300 for a new one).

going strong doing water pump and new oil pan right now. Tensioners were done as a precaution at 195k.
Water pump started leaking so replaced it, the thermostat, and the pcv. Oil changes 4k-5k. Love the car.
Replaced fuel pump because it threw a code. Drives like a dream.
Probably transmission fluid for power steering. ATF is actually what you're supposed to use anyway on many cars. Even if you're supposed to use a specific power steering fluid, ATF works just fine.
On my 1.8ts I usually change it when the motor blows up and has to be replaced. They used to last perpetually but builds have progressed to the "Yes it absolutely is going to grenade or window the block before 10k miles???? so really I only ever have to FILL oil 1 time???? I wish this was less true than it actually is. On the rest, (2.7tt and 4.2) 10k miles if you use good full synthetic oil and a nice filter
I just change it every 3k as a maintenance think no one told me to. I'm just afraid of messing up my turbo if I waited to long.
Mine failed at 55k a couple of weeks ago. A couple months prior to this I had complained to the dealership and showed them all the reports of this issue online... At the time they denied any knowledge of the alternator issue.
Bought it in October, had it exactly 1 week, and the water pump blew. The dealer replaced it for free
