I ordered a new (reman) denso alternator from RockAuto and also got a replacement alternator belt too. I\u2019m almost done with the job (took out the old alternator, mounted the new one) and it\u2019s been surprisingly easy, just a matter loosening 3-5 bolts and fiddling with a belt.

Denso or straight from a Honda Dealership (Denso). Today's aftermarket and remanufactured parts often leave quite a bit to be desired. You may pay a little more, but legit Honda parts won't let you down like the others.

I got Denso's on Amazon. They are the OEM from what I understand. They fit to the windshield perfectly, and don't leave any streaks

Denso starters last forever, it's the motor contacts that die. You can get a set from a Toyota dealer for a massive fraction of the cost of a OEM Reman ( the only way to go if you don't have time).

I wish my Toyota 4Runner spark plug service was that cheap in the Toyota dealer. I was quoted $800 parts + labor for OEM Denso.

I hate buying reman. Every time I do, I opt for the reman OE part (in this case, it would be Denso) but they always fail early.
