I've been on CRS V1's all year and commute to the track about 130 miles in one direction. I'm getting 20 lapping sessions out of these tires before they start to degrade.

Nankang's FT7 tires are good, cheap and can take quite the beating off road without shredding to bits. You won't need M/T tires for your usecase.
So I got these nankang AR-1 and never run them before. They talk about a break in, a certain amount of heating, the off the car for a full day.
Nankang CRS is worth a look. I’m on my second set because I had good results with them. They have been consistent and good feedback.
Can recommend Nankang NS2R. Good price compared to more wellknown brands but there quality and functionality is there. Been running these on the streets for years now.
Avoid budget tyres but mid range tyres like Nankang etc would be more than enough on a C1.
The Nankang NS20 wears well on track and has oK grip, but in the past I've found it to have a somewhat tricky balance around the limit. GReat for learning how to drive, but again it's not the best tyre in the wet so on the road it might not be ideal.
Nankang CRS hands down. The only good thing I’ve ever heard about Toyos in the past decade is that they come in a lot of sizes.
In my limited experience with them i'd say that they are marginally better than Toyo's r888r over a single lap but require some tuning set up to not overheat.
I was not able to find falkens for the size I was looking so switched from Yoko a052 to Nankangs… very happy so far … was able to close the gap in my group by 3 seconds …
