I change the oil using Valvoline for the very first time. I pulled a valve cover in the next oil change and was shocked again! The heads were completely void of sludge! That’s when I became a dedicated Valvoline user and have used it ever since. I run it in everything from Porsches, Corvettes, I use the VR1 in my flat tapped engines and have never had a problem in well over 50 years. Just change the oil and filter every 3k miles or so and the inside of the engine will be clean as new.

I would do several short interval (like 1k honestly) with valvoline restore and protect.
Drove it to 300k using mobile 1 ephm. Sent samples at 10k intervals and blackstone always said i could run it longer. No abnormalities. I trust the oil life monitor.
Valvoline Restore & Protect is apparently amazing when it comes to desludging engines, and Mobil 1 also has some knockoff that claims the same.
If you reserve and prepay online at Speedmate (chain with multiple locations) it can be pretty cheap.
I used Amsoil when I did mine. The squeeze bags they have make changing the fluid a lot easier and it's good oil.
I'll always use T6 because it's cheap, available, and damn good oil
Change your oil with Valvoline restore Cummins oil I think I used 10w30. It will help... I had a a4 with 130k miles and I did this 4 times it cut my consumption down to a minimal amount
Ive used T6 with good results. The major drawback with T6 is foaming, it's less than great in that regards.
De ce nu ulei original si tocmai Ravenol ulei de balamale
