I have a denso radiator on my 03 4th gen. I changed my radiator for a denso one after it started leaking 5 years ago. It's been over 50k miles and it's going strong.

I put a Denso in my ‘04 V8 about five years ago, replacing the original that had around 200k on it. No problems so far.
Koyo rad hands down best aftermarket replacement.
Have had good experiences with Denso & Koyo.
Put a few more $ in and buy a slightly more expensive one. Preferably from a bigger brand - Denso, Koyo etc. guaranteed to be better quality in most cases and fit better.
Denso is the OE for most Honda rads. I've always used them and they're good.
Denso and Koyorad are good brands.
I put a Mishimoto rad in the R53 on the same terms as you @whalemingo - and only learned of Mishi's QC decline after I put it in the car. So far, it's been just fine.
Second time this year i need to change the radiator or how it's called. It has been changed at least once per year + once the compressor.
stay away from mishimoto, their radiator quality is sub par
