I replaced mine at 50K with Falcon 2.1's, should have done it day two when I put 35's on ('20 JTR). Rides so much better, wallowy handling gone, bottoming gone, just a big, big upgrade.

Mine's a 330i auto, but the three best mods I've done is:
1. Suspension: B8 Bilsteins, Eibach Pro-kit springs & sway bars, Z4M FCA offset bushes, CMP Auto E46/Z4 Suspension Bundle (solid subframe bushes, monoball RTA bushes, adj. camber arms).
Have Bilstein yellow on my 02. Came with them and they handle great on a 400k suburban
I just put KYB all around on my 430 last week. Rides great!
I replaced my old worn out KYBs with some Bilstein 4600s and it's a night and day difference. The Bilsteins give it a way comfier ride and they're a little firm but they aren't harsh, I'd definitely recommend Bilstein.
My recommendation for street is Koni Yellows with the FM springs.
for shocks find Bilstien good for OE or 'Yellow' for £££s and a cheaper option Monroe.
I run bilstein sport with lesjöfors oem style springs and it holds great in corners but little too harsh on ruff roads. Also helps to have r16s instead of r18s even tho they look a lot better
I have 24 SX -X line and just had the shocks replaced at 12k miles and my vehicle has never been driven off road .. look up Kia Telluride shocks and you will see a ton of issues and people on the 3rd set .
Stay away from 5100’s… they’re a rough and nasty ride
