The Aisin TKH002 kit is the one, as mentioned by u/EngineeringisPain. It is OEM quality. The tensioner and belt other than OEM Honda or Aisin are potentially subpar.
I\u2019d say that if you don\u2019t have written evidence of when the service was done, doing it is good, cheap insurance. +1 on using the Aisin TKH-002 kit.
I had the belt job done on my 2015 a couple of years ago by a local shop using the Aisin kit and it was about $900.
Using aisin kit with mitsuboshi belt. Got the cam lock tool. Pulled a bone head move and forgot to tighten the bolts down before I released tension... spent 2 hours almost trying to get it lined up. Kept having an issue where teeth marks were half a tooth off. Did it a total of 4 times thinking I was messing up. Blessed be the youtuber who made a video years ago talking about belt stretch on new belts and that they WONT exactly match up. Had it not been for 100s of comments thanking him, I wouldn't have listened. Glad I did. Running like a top.
If you get the Aisin kit and have a competent mechanic then it shouldn't cost that much to do. My shop has done quite a few Hondas and also recommended the Aisin kit.

Parts quality is very important. The only aftermarket kit that is decent is Aisin
Aisin Tkh002- I’ve had hydraulic tensioner failures on the dayco kits and water pump failures with the Gates one. Aisin or Oem Acura
Top of the line Aisin timing belt / water pump / pulley's kit is $260 US right now.
I see quality water pump/timing belt kits go for as low as ~$300. Though, there aren't warranties, etc. like the dealer gets, I'd look into seeing if they'd allow you to provide that to them.
