Battery OEM Nissan or Duracell
CYL10014 Duracell Ultra 14AH-BS 12V 220CCA AGM Powersport Battery. First thing I switched when I brought the rogue home. Goodbye tender.
The entire suspension was recently replaced with German parts, along with a full upgrade of rotors and low-dust ceramic pads on all corners and a new Duracell battery a few months ago.
I replaced mine with a Duracell branded battery from Batteries Plus. Direct fit, vent tubes connected right up.
Threw a Duracell 12v in my second gen Honda Insight, and it did fine for the six additional months I had the car.
I got an already fully charged duracell battery at my local Batteries and Bulbs location in California. Works like a charm just needed to get top posts for it to work in the i3.
I have a 2015 Nissan LEAF SV. In -25C or colder (and to be fair, it's rarely -25C (not counting the windchill) during the day), with moderate heat on (set heat to 19C or less) plus heated steering wheel and heated seats (both of which use relatively very little power), I can lose a good 60% of my range
Saturday morning, we pull up to the house outside of Palmdale to this scene - a beat ass Chevy Celebrity trying to jump start an even more thrashed Nissan Stanza. The battery was fully charged, but it wouldn't start because it was still in 'drive.' After almost burning the thing down with improperly attached jumper cables, we were ready for a test drive. It ran... kinda. It was firing on 3...sometimes 4 cylinders, and the oil was overfilled by about 2 quarts.
Duracell killed 6 pieces of electronics of mine over 10 years. If you paid me, I would not use them.
We refuse to buy Duracell. They leak and are awful. Never again.
Not FUCKING BATTERIES PLUS Duracell, for not honoring my 2 year warranty for “lack of maintenance”. Because its at 0%….
