Brake discs Brembo or OEM Honda
Brembo discs and pagid pads for front of a model 3. Parts cost is \u00a3240. \u00a3730 is excessive!
For just over $600 and two separate weekends of doing rears first then fronts, I did a complete OEM replacement Brembo brake job. New rotors, new pads, new clips.
Brembo from Napa.. rotors and pads.. keep an eye out for 20% off coupons… they come out often…other than that, there are many online Toyota dealers that discount… cheers!!
honda or toyota. civic, accord, camry, corolla, avalon.
parts and service are cheap. not much goes wrong. i had a 08 civic lx from 50k miles to 150k miles. only thing i had done were brake discs and ac replacement.
I installed Brembo rotors on my 2016 and all 4 tires and have been happy with the improvement I have noticed.
Keep the solid brembo rotors. They are bullet proof compared to others.
I’ve always preferred Brembo rotors with Hawk, EBC, or Akebono brake pads.
Akebono for comfort, Hawk for longevity, EBC for performance.
Hawk pads are really good for performance as well but they require more heat to work better, while EBC just work great without warmup, but EBC pads do not last long.
Ich hatte bei Brembo das Problem, dass die innen nicht beschichtet sind und schnell Flugrost ansetzen. ATE hatte das nicht.
I’m bummed a year into my new Brembo rotors and they are rusting at the hub. It looked like they had silver paint on them. Damn it.
Never had any issues except warped rotors on one
