I went with Zimmermann discs for their cost and have had no issues with them.
I had EBC disks in the past (not on my Alfa tho) and they were very good in my opinion.
I've tried 3 brands of rotors just in one year of ownership in my e46. Do Zimmerman. They were my third brand I did. Other 2 warped so damn fast
I like my Zimmerman rotors and akebono pads.
Zimmerman rotors are pretty much the item of choice as far as I know, and I’ve always sworn by Hawk HPS pads if you’re street driving.
I just did my front and rears as well here are the fcp euro part numbers. (No brake dust, & feels amazing)
Zimmermann rotors fits like a glove.
I had Zimmerman rotors and akebono pads on my mk6 and they were great, so much less brake dust and stopped no problem.

Tbh drilled Zimmermann Discs are imho Junk. They use OEM Discs. Had so many Problems with Vibrations, warped Discs and so on.
