Clutch kit Sachs or VALEO
I do suggest the Valeo HD clutch kit while you are in there....you could maybe skip replacing the flywheel if it is in good condition, but the more proper thing is to replace it as well. The whole kit is $300 with a new slave cylinder and stainless line.
upgrading to the Valeo HD kit is your best course of action when the time comes. Holds more power, is smooth, and doesnt rattle like the single mass flywheels will.

I ordered one from RockAuto for $370. This came in today, all logos are in the correct place, however they sanded off the Honda logo. Super excited to be clutch buzz free for half the price!
Let me know...main reason I went with Sachs was stock like driveability with no chatter and less chance of crank walk compared to other set ups with SMF and high torque pressure plates
I'm running this with my is38 and it's been great over the last 10k miles since I installed it. I used a brand new dmf as well.
I have a 2010 3.8 and replaced the clutch with a Valeo HD kit, including labor at a 3rd party shop it was around $1400.
I would suggest the Valeo HD kit which feels similar to stock, but holds a lot more power, and get the stainless clutch line added it. I have the BK1 3.8 and replaced mine with the Valeo HD kit and flywheel from the BK2 and I like it. My original clutch also lasted until 242k miles because I don't drive it like an idiot...and it was actually the slave cylinder that went out. The clutch disc had a good bit of life left in it.
Yesterday, I purchased a replacement OEM Sachs clutch kit off of Amazon. I received it today and this is what I got. It looks nothing like the stock photo on Amazon so I'm thinking I received the wrong part?
Valeo HD unless you love to hear constant annoying rattling.
