Engine oil LIQUI MOLY or ZIC
I use liquid moly 5w-40, and hengst filter on an M62TU. I drive in April-November northeast weather. Does well for me
Liquimoly leichtwaffe or whatever its name is 5w40 is kind of the only oil I think of using in any somewhat old euro car. It’s good shit.
Liqui Moly from FCP Euro, return the old oil and filter every time you need an oil change. Fantastic quality oil for minimal cost.
Liqui Moly 0w-20 is what I been running for 15,000 miles and not a single issue. Fuel economy, engine heat and engine lubrication all are benefits and I change between 3000-4000 miles.
I’ve been using it as well for nearly 50,000 kms now in my personal car without any issues.
liqui moly user here, pinakamahal na ata na oil brand para sa motor ko.. sa 150cc cvt scooter category sagad na po ang 5k kms as per technical expert, kahit street race oil pa yan ng liqui moly ung top of the line. pero ung bago nila labas na molygen mas okay sa traffic use.
ZIC - Dito ako nag stay, ang tahimik sa makina, both matic and manual. Malamig din sa makina.
I switched from pennzoil (0-38k miles)to liquimoly (38k-72k miles). Noticeably quieter, oil came out a bit lighter at each change. My dash says I gained about 1mpg and so did my overall range but people will attack you on that claim lol.
Personal experience ko from 15W40 Delo Gold to Zic 10W40 to 5W30 Full Synthetic sa 1.6L Diesel Accent mas naging responsive & rev happy yung makina sa 5W30 Full Synthetic kahit sa 10W40 kasi na Full Synthetic hindi siya happy parang pigil yung makina & less responsive siya.
I'm not trying to put down LiquiMoly as a brand, but SAE is SAE. Now I wouldn't choose like a cheapo store brand, but big brands like Valvoline, Pennzoil, Mobile, those are all gonna be pretty much just as effective at completing the job they were designed to do.
