Spark plug BRISK or Denso
I use [Denso IKH24's](https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/audi-vw-spark-plug-denso-ikh24). It's the projected tip version of the Denso plug EQT has recommended on their FAQ (IKH01-24).
I'm running brisk One step colder plugs at 0.024 Gap with my eqt stg 2 tune. they are amazing
Brisk LGS plugs basically remove that L shape off the spark at the end. I would expect it act more like plugs do when we index them to the fuel flow. such that you get a better flow in the combustion chamber more consistently.
Use only Honda specified plugs (usually Denso Iridium) and they last 100,000 miles just fine.
I like ac delco. But I recently used denso tt fine wire plugs I two different ls engines. What a difference in power. And gas mileage.
I just did mine not too long ago, replaced with Brisk ER12S. Didn’t need a coil puller tool, just had to be careful getting them out. Warming up the engine is helpful too. Otherwise an easy job.
I just replaced mine, at 80k, with Denso PLatinums. The same brand as the stock plugs.
Denso Iridium 1 step colder plugs. Running great on my 2017 Jetta 1.4T
Back in March two days after finishing the Water Pump replacement it started misfiring. I started with replacing the spark plugs with OEM Denso's, but that didn't fix it but was VERY NECESSARY.
Just install my today, is it just me being paranoid or else? the engine noise sounds louder and it's very noticeable. Has anyone felt the same way? by changing out for these spark plugs, does it make any advantage performance wise? btw i am pretty sure the installation was good and not misfire or anything likes that. just more engine noise and not a good noise.
