Tires Kumho or GOODRIDGE
Go with the Khumo. They’re a reputable brand. I’ve heard of some people having issues with the warranty. My personal first hand; they were a great performing tire. I rode mine hard though. So they only lasted about a year and half. It was the MT.
Kumho is a well known brand compared to the rest. I'd do kumho solus before any of them.
Since last time you saw it I upgraded the brakes to 312mm rotors with ATE 57 calipers in front and 256mm disk brakes in the rear and replaced the heavy Mercedes replica 18" wheels with BBS RK's in 8J 17 wrapped in sticky kumho KU-36 rubber.
I also run the AT51's on my Wrangler. Fantastic tire at a great price. They are smooth, quiet and have excellent traction. I highly recommend.
I actually have the Kuhmos on my 530, and I've been pretty happy with them. Very quiet and seem to grip well. Just my two cents.
I did. So far so good. For the price they seem great.I had some tiger paw performance tires on my car before and the kumho seen to ride just as well
For the price it's a decent performance street tire.
I have the Kuhmo Road Venture APT KL51 235/60. I was very happy with them until I realized the fronts are shot after 20K mi. I probably ran them under inflated a bit for too long. And never rotated them =(. The taller than stock size makes zero noticeable difference on the speedo or power on the road. My speedo matches my GPS reading exactly. Clearance is no problem.
The kuhmo solus are the worst tires I've ever seen cost way to much for what they actually do for mileage. I've seen brand new kia's with <20k miles need brand new tires after being factory equipped with Solus's.
My experience with Kuhmos is they were prone to sidewall bubbles after pot-holes or curb contact.
