MICHELIN Tires

The 15x5 (black) steel wheels on my Yaris only weigh 15 lbs and the H-rated 175/65-15 Michelin summer tires I have weigh 14.7, so less than 30 lbs a corner. What I can't believe is how heavy some of the all-terrain tire/wheel combos are that people buy without researching the implications first. I did a lot of research to find a light AT tire, jumping from 30 lbs for the OEM tire to 39 for an AT in my stock 245/75-16 size, just a higher weight rating. The steel wheels on the truck weigh 32 lbs, so 71 lbs/corner.

Pros: lightweight, good performance

MICHELIN Tires

I used Michelin 2ct in the front and Michelin road 6 in the back for one season because the front lasts way longer than the rear. Had no problems.

Pros: no problems, front lasts longer

I'm about 7 months into CC2s on my 2021 Forester and I'm now a fan. It took some getting used to but the driving has been really comfortable. Really good grip in wet weather and I'm not really seeing much if any dip in MPG. On longer trips I'm still clocking 34-35 MPG. For the noise people mentioned, I don't notice much of a difference from the stock tires - Bridgestone Ecopias.

Pros: good grip in wet, comfortable driving
Cons: none

MICHELIN Tires

All weathers weren't worth it in my case, I'm not hard on my tires at all and I logged 35-45k On the ones I bought last year and they are already at 2/32'nds. I went back to all seasons this year, due to I'd rather get the 80,000km's with the Michelins I bought. Nor did I really notice a difference in traction/handling between All Weathers and All Seasons.

Pros: none
Cons: wore out quickly
Mileage: 40000 km
