Tires NITTO or Firestone
Indy500 - probably my favorite all around tire. Good looking tread, great dry grip, SUPERB wet grip, and also very quiet & comfortable
Firehawk Indy 500. They've been great and also really good grip in winter/rainy weather. I have about 26k miles on them with plenty of tread still. And they're cheap.
Yeah driver mod, I try to never drive my car in the rain. I was perfectly fine on Nitto NT55G2.
I\u2019ve had decent luck with the all weather Firestone Destination At/2 and I had some nokians before that that were really good but treads wore a bit faster.
Nitto Motivo 365 are a fair bit less than the CC2 and are an excellent all weather tire. I've had them on my Forester for a year now. On the Legacy, I used to swap between dedicated summer and winter tires, but the Nittos have been excellent, and I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having snow tires.
I\u2019ve got Firestone weathergrip from the previous owner of my Outback wilderness and they have been great in the snow for our commute in Lake Ontario snow belt.
I have Firestone weather grips and I like them a lot and they were half the cost of cross climate 2s
Put Nitto Rodgre Grapplers on the truck, I am happier with the road noise, however I noticed that Driver+/Highway Assist doesn’t keep speed steady anymore.
I am over buying tires. My wheel setup includes NITTO NEO GEN FRONT: 205/40 REAR: 215/40. Tires are stretched. I had a wide body made and I’m now running-2.6 rear and -1 front to hopefully get longer life out of my tires.
I had some Nitto 305 width’s on mine briefly after buying some secondhand rims that had them equipped, and it looked great but the ride was horrible and noisy.
