Reviews of spare parts for BMW
I'd go with the Continental studdless, they are a bit better than what I have on my own X5, the Goodyear tires you've listed.
They’re ok, never had a problem with this brand.
Best pads out there IMO. I've only put them on my car for the last 200k km. I'm due to change them for the 3rd time in the spring lol (90% highway driving)
The best oil I've ran till date is LiquiMoly
E36 on factory, untouched cooling system replaced earlier this year. Date stamps on the radiator, hoses, thermostat housing all indicated they were never replaced.
Ive had mine and its oem continental on a 2012 with 170k mils
They used a Pilkington, and the HUD is blurry- just like my FIRST FACTORY FITTED CARLEX- NO BETTER NO WORSE), no BMW logo, no connected drive inscribed on the glass on the top. But it is an acoustic glass with HUD compatbility- Optics wise no difference, Noise levels about the same, Lane tracking etc works the same as before this incident. No leaks.
I have experienced same with Wahler thermostat.
I’ve replaced it twice and it starts leaking from there in about 2000 miles or so. I’m willing to bet that thermostat is a Wahler brand. They are known to leak like this.
