I worked as a tyre fitter and wheel alignment mechanic for quite a number of years and those Laufenn would be by far the best and are actually quite good tyres. Have them on my BMW.
I have a set os PS4Ss on my Z4 and they're pretty good.
People like the Stewart water pump, but since that's harder to get in Europe, I went with an skf pump and it's been fine so far.
I’m a big fan of Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetrics. They strike a nice balance of sporty with reasonable wear and good rain grip. They have a decent rim protector
I run ps4 S on my M3 and I find the wet grip to be more than fine
I have Pilot Sport 5s alround now and they're really excellent.
Now I am running Laufeen with summer dunlops and I am blown away!
Laufeen has been the best tires I have had. I am about 15k miles in and they feel just as good as they did day on, if not better!
I bought my E91 N43B20 with 120.000km in 2017. Now its 2025 and 250.000km I had to replace the timing chain and the NOX sensor once, but other than that I had no problems with the engine. Still the same injectors, ignition coils, high pressure fuel pump etc.
the factory rack is one of the few things i think bmw screwed up on these lovely cars.
I changed the micro filter, cabin filter, etc.. The smell seems to be strongest with heat set to 78 and when I am slowing down or coming to a stop and the auto engine shut off turns on and off.
