I just put the studded Hakka 10 on my wife’s new Durango and will never go back. I have the R5 on my car and it’s no comparison to the studded 10s.
Reviews of spare parts for Dodge
My T/A 392 has seen 311°F. ????. I added a bigger oil cooler after that.
I was running 0w40 Amsoil Signature, no metal in the filter.
I've enjoyed the "garbage" Indy 500s on my Challenger since shortly after I bought it, but they're getting up there in age and will be replaced in the spring. Quite possibly with another set. Had another tire in mind as a potential contender, but now I can't remember which one. That car is used for hauling butt on curvy roads, has never been driven in rain, but on hard packed snow. Then the Firestones are all but useless. And I'm sure that worn ones can be interesting in rain. I have DWS06s on a couple of vehicles and really like them, but if not driving on snow the DW version would be fine for me. They really impressed me on wet pavement, although that was years ago and tire offerings have changed.
I put SKF on my car in 2021 and about 25k miles later I am running just fine on them. I had bad luck with OEMs not lasting and that is why I changed over to SKF.
I have a 2014 Durango i bought from agency, Albeit a V8, but same applies to you.
Very nice and reliable cars, I passed 200K Kilometers on the car, i only had to replace control arms, tie rods and everything else in 2024, so the original ones held on for 10 years without needing to change. I now have to replace rotors and brakes as well.
I have these on my 06 Ram ($432) and I just made 3 years in August with these. I saw major improvement on my braking and no warpage at all. I used to go through brakes and rotors like crazy just because the ram is such a heavy vehicle to stop (my driving doesn't help). I will not use any other brand now. Just make sure that you bed them as instructed.
2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi 255,000 miles Redline 5w30 full synthetic Wix Filter Lubegard Biotech with each oil change....... 5,000 mile intervals. Had a hemi tick when i purchased used in 2007 {off lease} with 32,000 miles on it. The Redline and lubegard have a hefty amount of moly in them which helps keep the insides slick and hemi tick at bay.
Our shop puts on a fair amount of those Sailuns because people like the price point they carry. They generally hold up ok although the Terramax A/Ts 10 plys dont hold up great for anything bigger than a half ton truck.
I have a 2015 Dodge Dart and got goodyear reliance tires put on June of 2023 and the center front tires are wearing like crazy. The low end PSI recommendation on the car is 34, and the PSI remains between 28 and 34 consistently. Tires are at the point of almost not passing inspection only in the center front (FWD car) after only 8,000 miles.
Put autolites in my Durango, ran like junk nd put NGK in and better.
