I also replaced the radiator (I went Denso, not oem). It\u2019s gxor-ish recommended preventative maintenance every 100k.
Reviews of Denso parts For Business
Japan
I spent two years (off and on, as it only overheated when idling in 90+ degree conditions or when doing low-speed jeep trail climbing in the heat) chasing this on my rig. Over time, replaced fluid, thermostat, radiator cap, clutch fan. No joy. Finally pulled the radiator, and the front fins were horribly blocked. Replaced with a new Denso, and problem solved. Only issue with the new Denso was that the mounting rails on the new radiator were shite, but it was a matter of four bolts to swap over the old rails (with upper shroud still attached) to the new radiator.
Denso IKh024
I run the Denso.
Denso 5749 non projected
I got some good tips from the community and went with Denso IKH24. Also bought a gap tool to properly gap them. Im planning on swapping them out every 8k.
Almost everyone either runs the HKS plugs or Denso plugs. I personally have had no issues running the Denso plugs.
I would suggest Denso for the Honda. With a high amp usage like an Odyssey, anything, but Denso will cause the battery light to be on intermittently.
Been using the desno IK24's with a .32 gap. Works very well but that plug is a tad to cold. Runs a tad rough untill I get her warmed up.
installed new condenser with dryer. i actually found the problem this weekend. Failed compressor.
