If you havent had anything beyond an oil and oil filter changed in 5 years then you're definitely overdue air, fuel and cabin filters. But the main thing is the full brake fluid change, if you leave it too long then your brakes can potentially boil when you must need them.

Brake fluid is hygroscopic, which is to say it absorbs water from the atmosphere (even in a brake system's closed reservoir). So it does not last indefinitely even with limited use. Brake fluid flushes have to be taken care of periodically, then.
this might also be due to either a faulty rotor (which i had problems with), air in the brake lines, a pinhole leak in one of the rubber brake lines, cooked fluid, it could be any number of things!
