I’ve had my 2018 for over two years and have taken some serious hits on the windshield from gravel and have been surprised it hasn’t cracked.

2018 Tiguan w/181k miles...purchased new. Overall the motor has held up no issues other than wiring harness. I never go beyond 10k miles for oil changes and 80k miles for trans oil. I had to replace a rear brake electronic module and a few months later one of the rear calipers.

Hi! I have a Golf mk6 2009 160hp. I got the Christmas lights at the dash and the dealer said new abs unit for >€1200... I found a guy to repair it (he has repaired lots of units) and when I plugged in the repaired unit all the lights went away.

I’ve had to replace 2 windshields, both times from rocks kicking up. I’ve had other vehicles for years and years and never had to replace a windshield. So maybe there’s just a higher percentage of bad luck when you own a Tiguan?
