The dealer OEM red colored filters are really the best and not much more expensive than aftermarket.

Original Toyota quality filters are not that expensive and are superior.
No, absolutely not!! I like WIX filters but any major brand is fine!
No, but get Wix
WIX been using mine for 12,000miles on my 2019 Honda Civic EX and MPH went from 23 average to 30.5 average this is after 9 months on using the same filter. I’m gonna replace it with another WIX filter today. Last a lot longer than the OEM filter and kept my car more quiet as well
I've been using one on my 2013 US version for a few years now. My freeway mpg seems to be a little better. I recommend oiling with the squeeze bottle instead of the pump or aerosol for better control as it doesn't require much. Too much can get into your sensors and cause problems.
fram air filter has odor eaters, you can also buy the shit for a home air vent. do it yearly or 6months especially if you park outside because pollen and shit can ruin it. even driving through a work zone
Very nice setup! I just installed the drop in K&N but too soon to see results. Although the placebo effect sure is nice at WOT but probably not as much as your CAI.
I recently purchased a Fram air filter and after comparing it to my stock one, decided to take it back. The Fram one looks like absolute garbage. Flimsy, warped, low quality paper, and way less pleats.
Dirty air filter wasn't replaced, tires not rotated, engine coolant was flushed and not refilled, none of my fluids were topped off, tires pressure wasn't checked or reinflated, and vehicle wasn't inspected at all. My brake pad light also came on a day later, they didn't check my brake pads.
