Castrol Brake fluid

I would argue that Castrol SRF is the best, though it's the most expensive. It has the highest wet boiling temp, which I think makes it the safest to run for the longest period of time.

Pros: highest wet boiling temp
Cons: most expensive

It is a low viscosity brake fluid though, so that's interesting, and says it's compatible with brake systems as far back as the 1990s so should be fine in our cars. Mine turns off now in about 5 seconds. Bosch ESI6 is the next generation brake fluid. It exceeds all current DOT standard requirements (FMVSS 116) First to simultaneously combine both low viscosity and high wet boiling point at its operation ESI coverage includes the majority of all brake systems launched since 1990; Use with DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5.1; Coverage excludes DOT 5 silicone based brake fluid which is limited to military and racing applications Excellent lubricity properties to prevent wear of components in the brake system and reduce noise Longer lasting: 100% longer than DOT 3, 50% longer than DOT 4, and 10% longer than DOT 5.1 (with 30% lower viscosity) Wet boiling point ~ 365 DegreeF/Viscosity at -40 DegreeC ~ 670mm2/s One size fits all: As Bosch ESI6 can be used to substitute almost any brake system launched since 1990 Bosch ESI6 helps reduce the stock of brake fluids thus saving storage space Featuring replacement intervals of 3 years Bosch ESI6 reduces corrosion

Pros: low viscosity, high wet boiling point, reduces corrosion
Cons: compatibility with older systems
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Part number: ESI6

I think ATE Type 200 is just fine or at least I never had an issue running with race pads and even when the rubber dust booth at the piston was on fire I still did not have any boiling.

Pros: no boiling

Castrol Brake fluid

when comparing brake fluids, Castrol SRF is generally considered one of the only brake fluids that can changed annually (and the cheapest of those that qualify) and used through an entire track season, due to it's much higher wet boiling point

Pros: high wet boiling point

MOTUL Brake fluid

Rating 5.0

I have R32 front and rear brakes they feel and work 1000% better. The stock brakes imo are horrible. I warped both front rotors at 15K but pads still had some meat left. I switched to r32 calipers, rotors, pads, SS lines and motul brake fluid. They are way more responsive and feel more like my friends 17' A4 brakes.

Pros: way more responsive
Cons: stock brakes horrible
Mileage: 15000 km
