I love the Carbotech 1521 pads on my E60 M5. Excellent bite and modulation, never gotten fade when bombing around mountain roads, and significantly less dust than the stock Textar pads. Not zero dust, but I'd say 80% - 90% less.
I've used hawk hp plus with a CSL rotor setup for about a decade now and have been very happy. They fit my needs well.

I went with hawk 5.0 pads, they dust wayyyyy less than stock. Bite and stopping power feels just as good.
I run Hawk HP+ on the street, they do not seem to need heat to work. There is some dusting but little noise and they don't seem to eat through rotors.
I've been running the Hawk 5.0s on a bunch of cars. I like them, they've even held up to a couple track days. Lots of dust but I think that just comes with the territory of performance pads.
I was overheating mine and switched to Hawk HPS 5.0. I’ve only run them in the street so far but they fit that role fine.
I use Hawk 5.0 with centric 120’rotors. Minimal dust, no noise. Cold performance friendly but enough room in the temp range. So I can beat on it at auto X but still Street friendly.
Get some Hawk HP+ pads and you’ll restore the balance.
They’re noisy and nasty and will ruin the wheel finish, but they grab hard.
My wheel looked the same after an autocross day with my 2017 Mustang GT. I was daily driving these pads a couple years ago, and they nearly destroyed my wheel finish when I left the dust on too long (not to mention how incredibly noisy they were). It took multiple washes with iron remover and the wheels off the car to properly clean it all off.
