Shock absorbers FOX or KONI
I went with Koni yellows during paragons summer sale and I love them. Soft for daily driving, and I can turn them up to hit the track or the hills.
Koni yellows will improve the ride, it's a worthwhile upgrade.
So to play safe with any height of spring setups, you add Koni Yellow shock absorbers.
My 2013 B7 SEL Premium on H&R Sport Springs and Koni Yellow SPORTS on Audi S7 20" reps. The perfect setup IMO.
Koni Sports
I never ran the vwr or the neuspeed but I did ran koni yellow on my mk4 and I liked them alot.
14 30th edition. 142k. Bought it with 6 miles.. 40 oil changes 5 fuel filter And 4 set of spark plugs.. 2 sets of koni shocks.
Pair those with the Eibach Pro-Kit and it'll ride like a dream, seriously  I was swapping different coilovers on my Tiguan trying to find the best setup, and just went that route (Eibach/Konis) a couple days ago....best decision ever.
My son put Vogtland springs and Koni STR shocks on his MKIV GLI, ride height was nice and quality of ride was great.
Ok, got the front Koni Yellow's on and have driven on them maybe 20mi set on minimum setting and car road very nice not really any difference from the 180K H&R's I took off other than I did notice improvement when worn rears were replaced.
