Denso Spark plug

Replace with OEM - Denso. And yeah, get them from rock auto. Anywhere else is way too expensive and eBay is most likely counterfeit garbage.

Cons: expensive elsewhere

Denso Spark plug

OEM are actually cheaper than a lot of aftermarket plugs. Buy from a place like bell Lexus or just get the denso branded equivalent. They last hundreds of thousands of miles in some cases, so OE has certainly proved its worth

Pros: last hundreds of thousands miles
Cons: cheaper aftermarket plugs
Vehicle: Lexus

Ive been running eBay denso plugs for 4 plug changes. You need to read reviews and look at the packaging to make sure they're not counterfeit. They've lasted me and performed exactly as they should.

Pros: lasted and performed
Vehicle: Toyota

BRISK Spark plug

Right before i changed the map I also swapped spark plugs (brisk er12s). Since it started the rough vibrating, I’ve inspected spark plugs and coil packs, changed the coil pack grounding to a ground kit, cleaned the MAP sensor, and even tried throwing some liquimoly valve clean in it.

Cons: rough vibrating
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 112000 km
Part number: ER12S

Had some Denso plugs in my '15 WRX (unaware to me) and the plug in cylinder 2 was fouled within 7k miles and caused a misfire. Turns out the shop that the previous owner took it to for the 60k-mile plug change decided to cheap out. I now have OEM plugs :D

Pros: now have OEM plugs
Cons: fouled within 7k miles
Vehicle: Subaru
Mileage: 7000 km
