Oil changes every 7-7.5k miles MAX with the correct oil and a good quality oil filter.
Reviews of spare parts for BMW
All Zimmerman rotors 2 w/ brake pads aswell
From a drive to work yesterday at about 24 deg F on Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 winter tires = 2.9 mi/kwh. The Blizzaks are very grippy. Next time I need new tires, im going to try the Nokian hakkapeliitta r5. I think I read somewhere they have a better efficiency.
I just replaced the oil pump in my 2019. I got warning messages- messages that my oil levels were low and to add oil. I didn’t realize the thing didn’t have a dipstick and that the only way to check the oil level is through the software.
I use LiquiMoly TopTec 4600. Meets the BMW LL-04 spec for diesels.
I also swapped in a new water pump, new fuel filter, new oil filter, and flushed the entire system. Oil change, transmission fluid swap, and I put a new crankshaft position sensor on, as it was having issues starting.
BMW 3 series in the right rear panel. The location is ok, but the box is just enough to slip in a group 49, and there is an air vent hose on the forward side, and a clamp on the rear bottom that is impossible to reach with anything but little elf hands. Then there's also the starter cable, battery management and regular wires running in the same area, all hopelessly in the way..
I actually just traded in my 2020 750i xDrive after 3 years of ownership...Had 2 fuel injectors go bad, suspension arm issues, a battery needing replacing and misc other repairs totaling 10k.
I had Pirelli Scorpion Zeros on my X5 and hated them. I switched to Michelin CrossClimate 2’s and it feels much more planted to the road.
