Nokian Ones have worked out well in both my EV 2018 and EUV 2022. Better traction, ride and very very slight loss in range in my EUV.
Reviews of spare parts for Chevrolet
I settled on Falken Ziex because a local shop had them in stock at a reasonable price ($110 each before the extended warranty, etc. shakedown) and Falken rates them as 4.5/5 stars for rolling resistance (and they don't give all of their tires that good a rating so it means *something*).
First long drive with them was today. Unfortunately, I don't have solid records of consumption for specific drives for the OEM tires, but the consumption was around 95% of the ABRP estimate going on battery %, which is not far off from what we are used to seeing. So my verdict is that they are not much worse than the OEM tires.
I put a set of the dextero at on my son's blazer. They did great. They are quiet. We put about 10,000 on them before we sold it. Only problem I saw was the front was wearing funny but that was the blazer not the tires.
At least with double iridium ACDELCO on the c5. It’s 100k intervals.
I have these tires on my 01 Tahoe and they are a beast. Love em, especially in the snow in Michigan's upper peninsula. I take care of a camp about a third of a mile in on unpaved road and these things run me in there with snow bumper high like it ain't no thing. Muddy in the spring, same deal. Comfy on pavement, not a bad thing to say about them.
I put a set of of monroe oe spectrum for my wife's tahoe 6 months ago and replaced them again yesterday with some billstein 4600s. It's worth spending the extra money on them.
If these tires are any good they are an incredible bargain.
What is the sound of one hand clapping? Does a bear sh1t in the woods? If the bear does, is the turd a uniform size and power that will work with attributes of all the other different sized bears out there?
Gates pump on my Chevy 5.3 lasted a year and half. That's bullshit.
Wild peaks> I have had a few sets of duratracs and for off-roading they have performed the least desirably in all terrain (no pun intended) snow/mud they gunk up and slide super easily, sand, I would have to drop to 8-9psi to get the same effect of going down to my normal 14psi in sand. Rock, not much of an opinion here I had these on a Colorado so it diddnt see much rock crawl if any at all. And the road noise is super loud and they wear super fast and uneven.
