Notably less road noise than the fire Stones I had before and pretty good grip. I'm happy with them.
Reviews of spare parts for Chevrolet
I have them on my k2500 suburban and they’re great. It’s much nicer to drive and helped things feel more planted when towing.
Bosh Double Iridium is the best value. AC Delco as well as the NGK only have an iridium electrode. The Bosh plugs have iridium laser welded to the ground electrode as well. The advantage is that it stays cleaner when it gets up to temperature and will have virtually no wear. Don't get Autolite. Their plugs are almost always out of spec. Out of the box you can ohm them out and 1 of the 4 is guaranteed to be out of spec.
I LOVE the 5100s on my '20 Z71. The Ranchos had almost zero damping. Going over speed bumps at my kids' school used to cause the truck to wallow around for a second or two before settling down. There's none of that now with the 5100s. It really does feel like a different truck. Very planted.
03 suburban z71 with 33" KO2s
They do well in snow, mud, volcanic rock, and on pavement and I don't get road noise. They also last pretty long.
Cooper Discoverer AT3. The XLT model adds more sidewall beef.
I've had KO2s on my 2017 Silverado for a month or so now and have done quite a few highway miles and some off-roading with them. Overall I am quite happy with them and think they are a major upgrade over the stock tires.
I have put on general grabber hts tires on my 09 tahoe. Has anyone had a problem with excessive noise and or even a slight whine when cold and going down the road? Drive for 30 minutes and the whine goes mostly away but not 100%.
the local gm dealer here uses the cheap delco filters and they always make my oil pressure drop 10psi
The original shocks were completely shot so I replaced them with Bilstein B6 shocks. The ride feels incredibly stiff on most roads.
