I’ve now had 3 different sets of these tires. On one wrangler I had 31” and switched to 33” after a year, put another set on the other wrangler also. Can’t complain one bit. Not too expensive, great tread, they don’t wear down fast, and most of all they are so quiet.
Reviews of spare parts for Jeep
I have a project Jeep and have done the fuel pump , fuel filter , radiator clutch fans , fuel injectors , coil packs , spark plugs, coolant reservoir, charcoal canister , brakes , pcv valve and other miscellaneous things! I love working on my Jeep and like you said the feeling is so gratifying.
Maybe examine the old alternator, see if you and a multimeter can determine why it failed. I went to the autostore to replace the alternator on my Jeep, $219! I took mine apart, did a few simple checks and found the problem was just dirt in the brushes. I fixed it with a toothbrush!
I drive a 2002 Jeep Liberty. I bought a pre-oiled Denso (OEM) A/C compressor for $130.00 online. Serpentine belt cost me $50. The dryer was another $25.
That’s not a bad price. I paid $1700 last year for 17” steel rims and Hankook Ipike winter tires for my fiancée’s 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the dealership.
I have the Falkens and I couldn't be happier with them. I've been able to use them on dry road, wet road, sand and rocks and they just grip. And they're quieter on the highway than the Goodyear Wranglers they replaced.
I put Falken Wildpeak 235's on my '09 Liberty back in April and I'm really happy with them. Great traction off-road and quiet enough to be my daily drive. Would highly recommend them.
Had wranglers on my liberty, as well as my ram 1500
They were fine tires in all conditions. We have 6 months of winter here, and they were just fine in snow and ice.
They weren't particularly awesome in mud, but not awful
rather snot-slick. They slip in conditions my baby shoes never did. Overall, they are nice and quiet, but their traction is nowhere near as good as it seems it should be.
My stock headlights are terrible, so I may be doing something with those.
