We have Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 on our 2020 Subaru Legacy and I love the tires. The car is fun to drive.
Reviews of spare parts for Subaru Legacy
I’ve always used 5W-30 Castrol Edge Titanium, available at Wal Mart. My Blackstone report came back good a long time ago on it.
The oem Yokohamas on my 22 legacy are at 42k with plenty of life left
I have an 06’ legacy. Bought the kyb quick struts and haven’t had any problems - ride seems to be comparable to the original ride quality.
I prefer wix brand for cabin filters, Good quality at a reasonable price.
Just for reference, I just had timing belt done on my daughter’s 2011 legacy at our indy mechanic:Labor: $531 replace timing belt with front engine oil seals and water pump, idlers, tension, upper radiator hose, l inner timing coverParts: approximately $800Total approximately $1350
NAPA Gold filter (Wix) and Mobil 1. Great results on last two Legacys.
If it's the typical 2.5 SOHC H4, that is the year and same mileage where my head gaskets failed on my Legacy of that generation. The failures are external leaks almost all the time so if you see drops of oil on your driveway, it's a good chance they are weeping.
Gates timing belt broke and took out the engine in my old 2009 legacy with the sohc 2.5l. It was only installed for about 5 years and 60k mi / 96.5k km. Don't skimp on the most important belt your engine has, buy genuine subaru.
I’m on like my 5th windshield. I’ve got a split running across half the windshield now that I just have to live with because of these absolutely ridiculously priced windshields that will inevitably crack in less than 30 days after replacing.
