I had some Hakka's on my 85 Vanagon, all four wheels, they were very good. Felt better in most cases on snow than the summer Dunlops did on dry pavement.

Stock head lamp with Sylvania silver star Hella e-codes + Vision plus bulbs. You should see a lot better with the e-codes. When property aimed. the flares will illuminate the right part of the road very nicely and at the same time they should give you better down the road vision.

They were replaced with 205/65 X 15 Continentals on VW alloys (15X7) and after 15,000km still look like new, but they are noisy.

Wix filters are not as good as Hengst or Mann for the VR6. Yes, they make good filters, just not for the VR6. They can't handle the high oil pressure.
