Did you change the coolant temperature sensor?
Reviews of spare parts for Volkswagen Corrado
Straighten those OEM arms, grind down the stops, and run bosch aero blades.
I purchased the MSD coil upgrade kit, swapped out the coil pack, new spark plugs / wires, fresh oil / filter. Fired her up and she purred like a kitten.
I’ve rebuilt the front calipers, upgraded the rears to MK4 callipers, new pads and rotors, new proportioning valve, TT stainless brake lines.
The Mishimoto mk3 aluminum radiator is pretty close to the weight of the OEM plastic end tanked radiator.
I have been running the Graf AL pump for about 10k so not long enough to give a full assessment, but the quality was awesome and very pleased with it.
I recently installed a Bosch 040 fuel pump (which is relayed). Now prior to when I start the car I have about 12.7v, once it starts It sits at around 11.9v because he alternator doesn't kick on.
Zimmerman is a good brand in my opinion. Brembo quality has gone downhill fast with lots of manufacture in China. I bought a set of Raybestos (Made in USA; new old stock I think) and they warped after about 6 months with EBC Reds (I do not recommend EBC). The ATE rotors are OK for street but racing has cause some of them to break apart at the welds on the hats.
I had tried Redline MT90 to get rid of the intermittent grind into 2nd, but it made all shifting more difficult and always grind into 2nd. So I went back to OEM.
I had the day off today so I went ahead and put a new starter in, the old one was ghastly, and it still wont even turn over!?
