I had a very good experience with the Gislaved Nordfrost 100s. They were fairly priced, they have a crazy amount of tread for a tire, and their performance was very good.

If you opt for replacement I run yokohama Geolander A/T G015’s on my 2014 xc70. They are wonderful tires for mixed use driving. I live in a dirt road but also have a long highway commute and the Yokohamas have been the best tire I’ve found for both surfaces.

It’s a little difficult on Volvo S60, you need to remove the fuse box and still it’s hard to get the filter in. Takes patience, could be worth $50 to have a tech do it.
