Ford is telling me to change oil at my Focus every year or every 15000km (9300 miles)

I would guess starter if there’s no sound when turning the key. Just replaced one on a Ford Focus and it sprang to life.
Until I replaced the plugs, coils, alternator, starter, battery and cleaned connections all I could, this problem persisted and my vehicle killed a coil / 2 every season.
Plus I've been told its a better filter typically from the dealer.
Been doing some research and debate myself. Come to the conclusion I would stick New Edge brakes in there. V6 and GT got the same brake package, and it's pretty robust, easy to find, and cheap. Remember it's designed for a 3000+ lb car and you're going to a 2400 lb car, so it's already overbraked, and being light it'll be easy on its consumables.
I have a 98 TDI with 269k and I had an 06 TDI with 131k. I have dumped the unfiltered engine oil after each change into the tanks of both cars since I've had them (Beetle, 98, got at 230,880 miles). They burn fine.
I own one of these, and I couldn't have a lower opinion of Fords engineering (the 2v spits out spark plugs? lets "fix" it on the 3v and make it so they will never come out).
Had issues with every single Ford alt I replaced (from autozone, Napa, Oriellys) didn’t matter. Only had luck with either dealer parts or from a local rebuilder.
I once went through 3 alternators in 2 days from the Ford dealer on one job.
We are having the same issues with the windshields cracking and chipping quite easily. I wonder if Auto Manufacturer's went to a cheaper glass for cost cutting.
