The oldest I've used as a daily is my '55 Ford. Could stand to get some brakes on it, but otherwise it was fine.

This made me go check if my car had one. It did even though it makes no sense on a convertible. So I changed it. 14 years and 70,000 miles and the filter was OE ford. The PO must not have known it was there or cared. It's like my A/c got a turbo mode now.
while I had no codes indicating a bad MAF sensor on my recently purchased 2008 Crown Vic, it had some driveability/performance/transmission shifting issues and on a whim I decided to take the (same part number) MAF sensor out of my 2010 Escape and install it in the Vic. Got super lucky they happened to use the exact same part even though they were different models. Anyway, replacing the MAF sensor immediately made the car run and drive a lot better.
Heated Windshield Hi, had one in my Ford Scorpio some 20 years ago! Fantastic piece of kit.
I put brake pads on my father-in-laws Ford Taurus and put a sticker as such on the rear bumper.
The only thing to rust on the car was the stock muffler.
Put vogtland lowering springs on the factory struts before I switched to ST suspension coilovers. Stock struts had 6k without the springs then 4k with the springs before the driver side front blew. I was incredibly disappointed.
Had mine replaced at about 10k. Both front struts were leaking and it was like driving on a trampoline.
19k miles and struts are completely gone. Replacing with aftermarket instead of junk oem.
I had one during college... For a V6 it wasn't particularly quick and handled a lot bigger than it was. In three years it ate five alternators and the intake runner control box was notorious for failing (killing what little power it had).
