If you havent had anything beyond an oil and oil filter changed in 5 years then you're definitely overdue air, fuel and cabin filters. But the main thing is the full brake fluid change, if you leave it too long then your brakes can potentially boil when you must need them.

Last year, I had a service shop replace my water pump in a Ford Edge 3.5L Duratec. They didn't put anything between the jack & oil pan when they pulled off the timing cover and put a crack in my pan. Brought it back & they put silicon adhesive on the crack. After a nicely worded email about the idiocracy of that fix, I got a new pan put on free of charge

My Ford Tourneo Connect has developed a fault where the windshield is detaching from the bonding material, a major safety hazard. This has been an issue since the early 2000s the F250s have that same issue my California truck only place it has any body rust is here found it when I changed the windshield and evidence of ingress. No damage thankfully but ford just cannot seal truck windshields properly.

A poorly placed windshield sealant line on my 2020 F-150 led to water leaks in the bottom passenger side corner, dripping onto the BCM. My windshield guy found the sealant bead run right over the corner, a factory kludge, causing BCM issues.
