OEM Honda Valve cover gasket

This looks fine but I would recommend oem valve cover gasket, everytime I use anything else they go leaking. If none of that work has been done before I highly recommend getting them done. If you skip on plugs and valve adjustment you could potentially wear out the cam or burn the valves and it’ll be way more expensive to deal with later, and the plugs don’t like to live in there much beyond the 90k service life, usually cooked before that too. If they sit too long the zinc coating will fail and you’ll have galvanic corrosion in the threads and seize the plugs in. Then you’ll have to repair the head, which gets expensive. The coolant probably should have been replaced at 70k, not as dire but you guys are almost double that now. Coolant lubes the pump, if it gets too old you get more wear on that and it starts to leak prematurely. Those aren’t too big of a deal to replace, but more cost earlier than needed if it goes bad. Also corrosion protection breaks down in old fluid. If you skip those now, try to do it soon. Those are the only real big services you have to worry about every 100k miles, the rest is easy. Trans fluid should be drain and fills every 30k miles, idc what Honda or anyone recommends

OEM Honda Timing belt

Check with the Honda dealer, you might be surprised to find out that the timing belt, water pump, tensioner etc (105,000 mile maintenance) job costs less than $2000. My dealer here charges like $1600 last I checked (though that was a few years ago) Upside to having the Honda dealer do it is you’ll guaranteed get OEM parts and they probably have a lot more experience because they do those jobs all the time.

Pros: OEM parts, experienced dealer
Cons: dealer prices can be high

OEM Honda Brake pads

I've done about 4000 miles on it this year and it's really grown on me. It's comfortable enough, the brakes are really good, the abs isn't overly intrusive. The handling is decent, the geometry is definitely more about stability than agility.

Pros: comfortable, good brakes

OEM Honda Clutch disc

I still burnt the clutch disc on my 2017 civic Si at the age of 25 because I drove it like an asshole. I had two choices to make being the owner of a car that had the capability to reach higher speeds much faster: dump the clutch or use the bite point correctly. This dynamic created a situation of needing to switch gears at much higher rpm’s than I was typically used to. Normally I would use the bite point to gear up and down smoothly, but this tactic used improperly can and did eat the hell out of my clutch disc. I finally learned my lesson after one fateful afternoon, I sped past a slow car, tried to gear up with the bite point, and saw the rpm’s go cattywampus. I tried to transition gears up and down, hoping it was just a fluke… but my fate was sealed, and my disc was all but done for.

Cons: burnt clutch disc, disc worn out
