Mine went 11 years with not as much as a check and it came out perfectly the same as the new stuff going in.
Reviews of OEM Honda parts For Business

I have an aero 50. I don’t recall what’s recommended on it, but when I was living in the Pacific Northwest, I found that while using premium, it ran significantly better. Smoother idle, better acceleration.
Brake pads and rotors for the fit i prefer OEM since they last around 60,000km. I paid less than that including fluid changes at a shop in the Toronto area.
The only weak point of the driving experience can be the brakes. The stock rotors are not totally up to the kind of driving that car demands. This is easily remedied by aftermarket rotors and they are super cheap.
You need one specifically made for your vehicle, but you can shop around on different sites, for different brands to find one that meets your budget. I prefer ones from the OEM (ie Honda), Bosch, or Denso.
I remember the first time I did anything besides oil, it was spark plugs and power steering fluid on my old accord. Starting it up after had me nervous, second guessing everything I did.
Timing belt is only issue with these.
I think it may be the alternator to be honest because I’ve had one headlight burn out trunk latch inside the car stopped working but the key fob works window button not work properly in one instance, so-called battery wasn’t good when I just had it replaced less than six months ago. Recently they told me that it was my battery this whole time and within two weeks the lights were back on my dashboard.
The transmission itself is not going to fair well with a significant power increase as its a very fragile automatic, even by Hondas terms. I would imagine your automatic would moan and groan even at that point, and your transmission would probably buckle after a short period of time afterwards.
I had to replace the starter in my 2015 at only 75k miles. Highway miles at that. It was not a cheap starter either.
