i have no other power mods, just a plain k&n drop in air filter and you can feel the power difference big time over stock. noticeably quicker.

I've had one for years and no issues. Just oil it correctly. Also, watch engineering explained video on it and it does add some power. Not much. And I don't have any mpg gains.

I would recommend a K&N cloth filter. They can be cleaned and re-oiled about every 50K miles. They never need to be replaced.

I run K&N's on my Harley and the blower on my SBC. No issues.

I had on in my BRM, it was there when I got it. I didn\u2019t have any issues or dirty getting by. I just had to clean it more often because of the EGR valve.

I purchased a USA-made Denso Air filter genuine and it was substantially thinner than the Japanese-installed one. Uncomfortable little but it matches my car VIN so hopefully it works fine for unrepetable experience.
