Koyo is definitely one of the best available as a stock replacement. They make 2. The n flow is a little harder to fit but is “better”.
Owner reviews for engine radiator
2000 Silv 2500 230k miles. Owned since new. Used for hard desert & mountain towing, trips down Baja etc. Went into shop for first time ever for a cracked radiator.
Koyo rad is top tier, as I’ve used them on all my drift builds.
Didn\u2019t take many pics but I installed a new thermostat, radiator, upper and lower hoses today.
Buy a Nissens one some of the other brands use weaker plastic or don't have proper seams
Mine didn't stop creeping up until I finally replaced the radiator. Nissens has been good over the last 2+ years.
The first radiator at the dealer was a genuine BMW part# 17111436060. Mine has lasted well.
If you can\u2019t afford the OE Modine radiator, get a Nissens one from FCPEURO with BMW hoses (NOT Rein which are absolute junk). Stay far away from Mahle radiators which are also junk and not worth your time.
thats the first one i got adter the oem failed. But a oem rad is just as good and the fitment is bad, it also broke after 2,5 year. I did get a replacement on there warranty with only paying shipping so thats good but i sild that radiator as i needed a better one.
I have a mishimoto one and the Fitment is god awful would have gone with csf or koyorad if I did it again
