Defender of course! I’m (Ioniq 5) in my second set of Defender. Very strong grip.
Reviews of spare parts for Hyundai
Used Westlake on Hyundai Tucson. Lasted 7 years. No problems.
No, but get Wix
I took my car 5N to Safelite and they did a phenomenally good job. Because the car is so new, there are no 3rd party replacements available, such as PPG. So I have a OEM Hyundai windshield as a replacement. All calibrations were done perfectly, and the job took only a few hours. This isn't an ad for Safelite, just truthfully sharing my experience.
I’m happy with mine, I live at higher latitude and experience long dark winters and the automatic brights are great. Much brighter than the 2023 Ioniq 5 SEL I drove before my N.
In my VN, always Mobil 1 0w-30 AFE.
We got our top of the line 2015 Starex brand new when it was released in 2016. Still works, did have a lot of repairs. It used to travel to and from QC to Baguio in it's early days but now mainly within Metro Manila (QC to Las Pinas, QC to Manila). It's got a lot of mileage now and the suspensions and break pads need fixing on top of having electricals reworked (fuses of some functions had to be removed cause they were malfunctioning). Basically running po siya but needs a lot of work done.
the stock OE tires are absolute garbage but they'll work just fine if you live in warmer climate area. I put mine through a single winter in buffalo ny area. it was a bad idea but if you're a good driver, you can manage the LACK of ANY traction.
Definitely the weakest windshield ive had. I have had the car since Sept and already have like 5 or 6 knicks in windshield and NOTHING on the paint or bumper.
I bought my venue last Saturday, a week later a tiny pebble hit it on the highway and later noticed a crack. After not too long and it being parked, the crack got noticably longer. I have never in my life had a windshield break like that, ever, let alone for it to just grow.
