Your CVT will last much longer if you change the oil. Take it to the stealership if low skills won't change it. Put synthetic fluid in it. Don't shock load it, and don't do burn outs. The one in my Lancer had 350 000km on it, no issues.
Reviews of spare parts for Mitsubishi
I would suggest a denso "supra" pump. Flows more than enough to handle some 600 hp and OEM reliable.
I've used the Walboro 255 with stock lines/regulator and an analog fuel pressure regulator gauge right in the engine bay. No spikes, even when the pump is "hotwired" and the engine is off.
Got a 2017 lancer and did the R1 concepts. Good results after only the first two weeks. Mind you! I had two seized calipers in the back and had to replace those as well. What is stated about drilled rotors is true about the cracking if you’re using them aggressively, I bought these specific ones because I read they have the better rating out of most and since I’m using them in the winter I’m not concerned with them getting too hot to crack (please correct me if my logic is not correct) but I assumed that since the vehicle was primarily being used for cold weather it would be best to go with a more reputable brand for safe stopping power.
Eu am Vredestein Wintrac pe a mea, pana acum n-am avut deloc probleme pe zapada/gheata si anul asta fac 5 ani.
I put snow tires on my stock Mitsubishi Evo wheels for a weekend in Tahoe. All season tires didn't work, but wow the Bridgestone Blizzaks were magic even on an AWD 400 hp car
I drive an older PHEV. It has a 12kWh battery, which gave me about 36km electric range over the summer. Now the weather is colder, +- single digits celcius, my range is closer to 20km.
We rented a car for a roadtrip to Las Vegas. It’s a 2024 Mitsubishi eclipse cross. I’m not exaggerating when I say 8/10 cars flashed their brights at us, thinking our brights were on. Never in my life have I seen headlights this unnecessarily bright.
Less than a month after buying my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE, the OEM battery died. This became a recurring problem, leading to the car dying on a road trip to PA and entering limp mode. I had to buy a replacement battery from AutoZone despite the OEM battery being under warranty. The battery also died on my PHEV model while fully charged. The OEM battery sucks.
