I just did pads and rotors on my '19 Alltrack. I went with Bosch Quietcast pads and Zimmermann rotors from FCP Euro. So much better than the OEM I removed.

very cool. I have a set of these installed on my rabbit with the lens cover
I had good luck with ngk bp6hs, Bosch w8Bc, champion l87yc and renault oem short thread (yes, really.) plugs. Bosch w8ac used to be good but i had some arrive not working out of the box recently so I'm now avoiding them.
I put NGK B5HS plugs in mine, no complaints so far.
Zimmermann Rotors / IS2000 Pads
if you're going this route, **** the stock struts/shocks, the Alltrack specific b6 is similar parts price and so much better
Had to replace oil pan at 80k due to leak , ended installing a metal one rather than the OEM plastic .
2022 manual here with 24k miles, i ve had the transfer case replaced for a small leak , I do have to drop it off for them to diagnose the " maneuver braking function error message" pop up at random times, i think it has to do with replacing the steering wheel which newer models got that taking care off. other than that its been great
Careful with Denso, back in MK7 days some complained that the plugs would shatter and cause engine damage.
But, its Bosch ignition coils had a defect and were being recalled.
